Pink Panther, maybe good for some questions in the quiz!

Serbian-Montenegrin gang known as ‘Pink Panther’ carried out more than a hundred robberies in recent years. The value of the stolen jewelry is estimated to be over several hundreds of millions of Euros. The robberies mainly took place in the countries of Western Europe, but also in Japan, and the United Arab Emirates. ‘Their targets were some of the most elite jewelry shops in Belgium, Spain, France, Germany, Lichtenstein, etc. This group is operating in recent years and has about 50 members, majority of Serbs and Montenegrins’, media in Japan reported after the latest robbery of a jewelry shop in Ginza quarter with a robed value of EUR 2.5 millions. This part of Tokyo was also targeted by this gang three years ago when jewelry in value of USD 32 millions was stolen from ‘Le supre – diamante couture de Maki’. ‘The jewelry that this gang stole has never been found’, Japanese media wrote. One of the chief operatives of ‘Pink Panther’ is a Montenegrin Pedja Vujosevic, called Marko. Three years ago he was arrested at Paris airport after stealing diamonds at ‘Louvre’ valid Pound Sterling. 10 millions. He is also suspected for robberies in Switzerland, Spain, Belgium, Germany and Great Britain. These criminals always use faked passports and that is why it is very difficult to track them. According to Japanese media dozens of ‘Pink Panther’s’ criminals have been arrested and are in prisons in Europe. Others are still at large. There are several sub-groups within this group, each of them operating separately. (Source: BLIC)

The term punishments for these criminals is it at least 20 years per count?
If not, if the term is short- such as three years, then that is how they continue to operate. Does the Serbian government encourage them in some way?
