and more from central asia

Yes, I am alive! And promote SFRJ here as they also like CCCP!!!
Wow, still great weather. A little bit less hot, 36 degrees, so much better to live in!
What was happening the last few days. Well, besides making a lot of documents in several official Governmental institutes and of course paying some money and givigchocolate and coffee we did not much special.

But a few things are worth telling you.

First (and soon I hope to show you some pictures) Roza has two sisters and they are identical twins. VERY identical. Even the names are (almost) identical, Elvira and Gulvira.

Gulvira worked till last Saturday in a restaurant and then decided to stop working there due to a lack of customers and money. Anyway, we went there 2 days after she resigned. We were Roza, me and Elvira, the other twin sister. This sister was never before there and so you can imagine that the whole staff and the manager looked at her in avery strange way. Since this twin sister did not know anybody she also did not say hello to anyone. And soon we heard them talking: "now some foreigner is with her she doesn't want to know us anymore and that after 2 days". And remarks like that. So we sent Evira to the manager to explain and even after that people could hardly believe it. Really funny! (OK, sorry, you should have been there, that was even funnier to experience)
In an opticien!
This picture is something special. I saw this couple searching for glasses in some Optika. And then they were sitting down and went to sleep!!! I saw them there (while waiting) for at least 15 minutes in this position. And other customers just wen t in and out, were helped, triedglasses etc. etc. Again something what can only happen here!
This is the stadium of Spartak! Spartak Bishkek and unfortunately not Spartak Moscow. Only in 1965 and 2 seasons in the seventies this team played in the major Russian football league. But the stadium looks very nice and clean I must say. Small but cozy.
Can you imagine to play here? And to fly over the Soviet Union to play Vladivostok? To fly 7 hours and have 5 timezones past? To play 2 hours and to fly back? Talking about a jet-lag!
See you soon!! Take care and come all to Zodiac!!!
