Of course I compare all bars and restaurants with Zodiac. Professional deformation so to say. And Roza does that already a bit longer. I mean comparing bars.

And indeed, there are only a very few who can stand the comparison. And then we speak about design. About staff......better should not speak about it. OK, there are many very nice people here. Trying to work hard. But there is just no system in what they do. They certainly have no clue what they are doing and the management is not aware of that as well. Most of the places have 1 staff for 3 or 4 tables. Not that they are all occupied but it is because of the system of ordering and payment they have. There is much stealing here and they of course try to avoid that. So the system is you place an order with your table staff. He/she goes to the administrator to give a copy of the order and the order goes to the barstaff. When the order is received by the waiter he gets another copy of the barstaff and keeps it with him the whole day. When a guest wants to pay, the copy of both orders (the barstaff and the waiter) have to be delivered to the administrator and he/she then counts. Not on a computer but in written form. And on all prices there is at least 10% service! so tips you don't have to give here at all.

So after all that work the waiter comes and finally you can pay.The order and the payment usually takes about 7-10 minutes. So better not to be in a hurry.

I hear the weather from Bishkek is now going in Belgrade direction. So this 40 degrees we had was a good warming up here.

Only one day left. And tomorrow evening to the airport at around midnight. And then to arrive at about 3 in Belgrade, hopefully! Only 15 hours. I told you not to be in a hurry. See you!!!
